Community Services

CCAP provides Community Services in both Grays Harbor and Pacific Counties.  These services are an integral part of the community and to the people that receive them.  The Community Action Program participants are still grappling with high unemployment and dwindling finances. The Community Service programs at CCAP are there when people need them especially when they are feeling uncertain and worried about their future.

The Representative Payee services make sure the participant’s bills are paid and housing needs are met. Click here for more information
