We are currently seeking compassionate caregivers to care for our clients. At Coastal Community Action Program, our mission is to improve the quality of life and increase the independence of all of our clients.

Position Summary: This position is expected to greet the public and handle multiple duties at one time and complete them accurately and timely. This position is expected to have working knowledge of agency programs and local resources to provide accurate information to the public. Full-time position located in Aberdeen, WA.

Bilingual Care Coordinator – Pacific County

Position Summary: This position provides comprehensive care coordination for individuals experiencing homelessness or housing instability. The Care Coordinator works with participants to develop individualized support plans to achieve housing stability and move toward self-sufficiency. The Care Coordinator interacts with diverse community supports, including behavioral health, substance abuse treatment, physical health, criminal justice, benefits management and employment.
