Housing Case Manager (Bilingual Spanish Speaking)

SUMMARY DESCRIPTION: This position carries out community-based, case management responsibilities for CCAP Housing clients experiencing homelessness due to factors including substance abuse, mental illness, and/or chronic physical illness. In addition, this position assists with serving low-income participants in the Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP). This is a full-time position located in Aberdeen, Washington.

HEAD COOK – Ilwaco Senior Center

SUMMARY DESCRIPTION: The Head Cook is responsible for the coordination and provision of Congregate and Meals on Wheels services at the Ilwaco Senior Dining location. The Senior Nutrition program provides meals for persons 60 years of age and over. In the congregate setting, the diners share this meal and have an opportunity to socialize with others. Meals are also provided for the homebound. Emphasis is placed on serving those persons with the greatest economic and social need.

This position provides direct client services in the areas of employment counseling, client needs assessment, vocational evaluation, employment preparation, etc. This is a full time position located in Olympia, WA.
