Health and Nutrition

Programs like Meals on Wheels, the Senior Nutrition Program and Ryan White HIV/AIDS Case Management help bring basic needs and well-being to those that need it.

The Senior Nutrition Program consists of both “hot lunches” served at our senior centers and Home-Delivered “Meals on Wheels”. We assist seniors (60+) to remain healthy and independent in their communities through good nutrition. Hot meals are served five days a week at senior centers in Aberdeen, Hoquiam, Elma, Raymond and Ilwaco. Nutritious hot and frozen meals are delivered to homebound clients who cannot get in to the senior centers.

Volunteers are needed in both Grays Harbor and Pacific Counties to serve meals, deliver meals and plan fundraising activities.
