Frequently Asked Questions
Can I complete the Coordinated Entry process if I am not a resident of Grays Harbor or Pacific County?
No. You must complete Coordinated Entry in the county in which you reside. Here is a list of the Coordinated Entry Sites in Washington State:

Does Coordinated Entry provide immediate housing assistance?
No. Coordinated Entry is the eligibility screening, assessment, prioritization, and referral portion of getting connected with housing services. During the Coordinated Entry process you will have an intake and assessment then placed on the appropriate priority pools. You will also be provided with any referrals to other local agencies that may be able to assist you.
Will I know how long it will take before I am able to get housing assistance?
No. All of the housing programs that access our priority pools are NOT accessed on a “first come, first served” basis. Households are prioritized for programs based on their assessment with the most vulnerable people taking priority.
