HOUSING AND COMMUNITY SERVICES

On Call Shelter Staff

SUMMARY DESCRIPTION: The On-Call Shelter Staff provides direct service to adults experiencing homelessness and is responsible for successfully maintaining a safe and supportive shelter program/environment. This position implements CCAP and program policies, as well as the shelter schedule and processes, and are also responsible for the safety and cleanliness of the facility. This is a temporary, on-call position located in Aberdeen, Washington

Overnight Shelter Coordinator

SUMMARY DESCRIPTION: This position is responsible for the coordination of overnight/cold weather shelter program services and activities; and will participate in program development and evaluation efforts. The Coordinator ensures a positive experience for all our guests by supporting guest intakes/orientation, guest exits, shelter programming, and facilities matters. They also act as the lead in respect to recruitment of volunteers, ensuring excellent customer service to all shelter guests, and manage guest complaints and grievances. This is a part-time, temporary position located in Aberdeen, Washington.

In Home Care Supervisor, In Home Care Dept -Olympia, WA Area

SUMMARY DESCRIPTION: This position is responsible for all aspects of client case management, caregiver recruitment, supervision, record maintenance (both electronic and physical) and contract compliance. Maintain communication between clients and case managers, assign permanent provider to client and review care plans. Install and maintain Lifeline monitoring units.
