Driven to Opportunity (formerly the JARC program) provides rides for qualified low income, TANF recipients and individuals with special needs in Grays Harbor and Pacific counties.

Driven to Opportunity (formerly the JARC program) provides rides for qualified low income, TANF recipients and individuals with special needs in Grays Harbor and Pacific counties. Clients are connected to work related sites, either by connecting the rider with current available transit routes or by direct transportation to the rider’s destination regardless of income, curb to curb service, offered 24/7. The work-related sites include, but are not limited to:

  • job sites
  • child care
  • job training
  • job interviews

It will also allow clients access to these sites during the off hours of Pacific Transit, & Grays Harbor Transit.

Driven To Opportunity has added two new Plug-In Hybrid vans along with two charging station to the Grays Harbor/Pacific County fleet, along with two Hybrid vans to the Thurston/Mason Counties.

Driven To Opportunity is supported with funding from Washington’s Climate Commitment Act. The CCA supports Washington’s climate action efforts by putting cap-and-invest dollars to work reducing climate pollution, creating jobs, and improving public health. Information about the CCA is available at www.climate.wa.gov

Complaint Process

CCAP EE/DTO Transportation Program is committed to providing safe, reliable, and accessible transportation options for the community free from discrimination.  CCAP will also respond promptly to any complaint allegations, including its reasons for the response to the complainant. Along with documenting the response for future records.
